2026 von Humboldt Volcanoes Registration will close Apr 1

Due to limited lodging availability and National Park permit restrictions Volcanoes 1000 rider limit will be capped at 20 participants. Registration will remain open until March 1.

Ride fee will be non-refundable $450 due payable March 1 or the spot will be released. Registration will include 1st (6/18) and 2nd (6/19) night lodging at the Wenima Lodge at Tule Lake, OR and the Antlers Inn in Chester, CA. (6/20); banquet style dinner at Wenima Lodge 6/18, light food and snacks (e.g. oat meal, cup-o-noodle, juice, coffee, soda) on course; bag drops to Chester and the finish in Reno (6/21), as well as minimal on course vehicle support (i.e. sweep vehicle, note: riders are expected to be entirely self-sufficient and cannot rely SAG support). Lodging at the finish in Reno is NOT covered.

AmTrak serves Klamath Falls, aproximately 30 miles north of Winema Lodge. We will offer bag pick and bag transport to Winema Lodge for the north bound train; riders should expect to ride to the Lodge. If you plan on coming from the south bound train, please contact the organizer for arrangements. There is also train service from Reno to the Bay Area.

Qualification is at least one 600km with lottery preference for 8K600 or 1000K or greater event since Jan-2025.
